Ice machine was on and off working for some time. Technician came out right away as we had a big event on the following day and needed ice. Fixed the machine promptly and efficiently, and still pumping out ice. Very professional.

Memphis Ice Machine is always so helpful, professional and efficient. The house I purchased six years ago has a Kitchen Aid undercounter ice maker. PD is always great in taking care of it. Can't recommend them enough.
