We've used Memphis Ice Machine Co for 4 years to keep our unit clean and adjusted. Price keeps climbing every year for the service like every service oriented company. If you need a part replacement it really gets expensive in one visit. You have the cleaning..the new part (always high)..and then the labor to put it in. However, things keep working. Thats the most important part.

My 2 year old Scotsman ice machine was producing ice but it would melt almost immediately so the bin was always empty. I’ve tried several repair shops over the years and have always been disappointed with the results. This time I called Memphis Ice Machines and was delighted with the experience every step of the way. The lady that took my call was friendly and courteous. She confirmed they work on my type of ice machine. I told her I would like to have it fixed before Thanksgiving which was less than a week away. She was able schedule someone to come to my house that day. The repairman, Alan Balsam, arrived promptly at the scheduled time. It took a few minute for him to identify the problem and a few more to fix it. He waited to confirm the machine was working properly. It was and still is. In fact, it is working better than ever and we are never without ice. I have recommended both Memphis Ice Machines and Alan to my friends and will continue to use them in the future.

Memphis Ice is just honestly the best, their response times for service calls is unmatched. We are over an hour from Memphis, but anytime we have a mechanical issue, a drain clog etc, they are here within 24 hours of my call. Can't say enough good things about them.
