First, reach out for a free site visit and assessment to get a quote. Next, complete the required credit application and contract paperwork. Schedule your installation date and we’ll have your ice machine running in no time. After that, you’ll be billed the 1st of every month and know we’re only a phone call away should you ever need us.

I had the opportunity to work with Memphis Ice Machine Company when my older model Ice maker sprung a leak. I took it into their service center on a Wednesday and it was fixed by Friday. They called me on Thursday and explained what the problem was, gave me a very reasonable cost to fix quote, and made it happen. It's rare to find such great service and professionalism as I experienced with Memphis Ice Company! I would definitely recommend them and will use them again when I upgrade my equipment.
