I’ve used Memphis Ice for about 5 years at my warehouse facility. It has been a life saver. The few times we have had issues, I notified the Memphis Ice folks and they responded immediately. They also do PM on the equipment, so we don’t have many issues to begin with.

I finally learned that it is okay to pay a little more on the front end for a name brand ice machine and for a regularly scheduled maintenance program than to try and save a little money. Memphis Ice is a little higher priced for product and for service, but you will likely come out ahead in the long run. They are professional in every way.

Called to make appointment for technician to repair ice machine got call back the same day,technician called to say he would be out that day to look at machine,arrived when said he would diagnosed problem repaired and was finished in approx 1 hour,very knowlegable,courteous and polite,did not try to over sell,would definitely recommend this company

This company is INCREDIBLE. We’ve had a wonky ice machine for a long time now and Memphis Ice has been patient, super kind and professional and worked with me until the problem was resolved. Can’t say enough about good things about this company. I only lease one machine and they still treat me like I lease 100 of them. The emergency response is top notch. I had little sanfu when I first started using it. They showed up it was user error on my part. They didn’t even charge me!!!!! They answer phones and they respond quickly to emails. Called the other day late morning. Still got same day service. If you are thinking about leasing a machine go with these folks you won’t be disappointed.
