Memphis Ice did a fantastic job getting our ice machines serviced and sanitized. The tech showed up early, was very thorough with all of our machines, and communicated with us throughout the day as the need arose. I had the opportunity to work with Memphis Ice Machine Company when my older model Ice maker sprung a leak. I took it into their service center on a Wednesday and it was fixed by Friday. They called me on Thursday and explained what the problem was, gave me a very reasonable cost to fix quote, and made it happen. It's rare to find such great service and professionalism as I experienced with Memphis Ice Company! I would definitely recommend them and will use them again when I upgrade my equipment.

I have an extremely old flaker (at least 30 years old). It wasn't working properly. I was so afraid that I was going to have to purchase a new one. These guys rehabbed my machine and its better than ever.
