Ingredients:

  • 1/2 c Greek vanilla yogurt
  • 1/1 c almond milk
  • 1/2 canned pumpkin
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp ground ginger
  • Pinch of ground nutmeg
  • Pinch of ground cloves
  • Pinch of all spice
  • Whipped cream
  • Handful of pearl ice

Instructions:

  1. Place all ingredients except whipped cream into a blender.
  2. Add whipped cream and sprinkle with cinnamon.

2. Spiked Apple Cider Slushie

This spiked apple cider slushie is the perfect sip around a campfire. Akin to the Sonic slushies everybody loves during the summer, this drink lasts just as long, but has the sweet and sour punch that’s sure to keep you warm when it’s cold outside. 

Ingredients:

  • 4-5 fresh mint leaves
  • 1 1/2 - 2 oz simple syrup
  • 2 oz bourbon
  • 2 c apple cider
  • 3 c. pearl ice

Instructions:

  1. Put all ingredients into a blender.
  2. Enjoy!


3. Ginger Pear Snap

Throwing a dinner party? This is the perfect fall cocktail to wow your guests. The unique mix of rich flavors like ginger and pears is just as refreshing as it is comforting. 

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz. pear-flavored vodka
  • 1/2 oz. ginger liqueur
  • 1/2 oz. lemon juice
  • 1/4 oz. fresh ginger
  • 2 sprigs of rosemary
  • Dash of rhubarb bitters
  • 3 oz. sparkling pear juice
  • Gingerbread spice
  • Handful of pearl ice

Instructions:

  1. Rim a highball glass with gingerbread spice.
  2. Mix vodka, ginger, liqueur, lemon juice, fresh ginger, and rosemary with ice. Shake.
  3. Fill glass with ice, strain shaker into glass, top with bitters and pear soda. Garnish with rosemary.

4. Caramel Apple Martini


The perfect happy hour concoction: the caramel apple martini. This drink tastes just like a caramel-coated apple with the added twist of Irish cream to give it a touch more zing for you and your guests. Paired with pearl ice, this drink stays cold for quite a while — and makes your ice taste just like candy.

Ingredients:

  • 1 oz. Bailey's Irish cream
  • 1/2 oz. apple schnapps
  • 1/2 oz. butterscotch schnapps
  • 2 oz. half and half
  • Thin apple slice
  • Coarse sugar
  • Ground cinnamon
  • Handful of pearl ice

Instructions:

  1. Rim glass with coarse sugar mixed with cinnamon.
  2. For each cocktail, pour all ingredient into a shaker.
  3. Pour over pearl ice. Garnish with apple slice.
